The simple, gentle exercises practiced at Figure 8 Studio can be practiced by anyone who wants a relaxed posture and improved overall health, no matter their age, gender or physical condition.

It is particularly recommended for people suffering from the following conditions:

  • Chronic or acute lower back pain, herniated disc, sciatica, joint pain
  • Knotted neck and shoulder muscles, frozen shoulder
  • Coldness, swelling or numbness of the hands and feet
  • Constipation, indigestion, hormonal imbalance
  • Chronic fatigue and drowsiness, insomnia, chronic headaches

It is also recommended for the following kinds of people:

  • Anyone who does repetitive deskwork
  • Dancers, athletes, martial artists, singers, musicians, actors or anyone else that wants to improve their performance
  • Those undergoing injury rehabilitation
  • The elderly
