Practice

Mitzvah exercises are based on the 4 simple activities that we execute most frequently in daily life: walking, standing, sitting and lying down.

There are only two kinds of equipment that students will require to practice Mitzvah:


A stool or chair with a hard seat

The central exercises in Mitzvah are done while sitting in a chair, so having a hard-seated chair is a must.

A soft board (or rolled up towel)

A soft board is placed under the head when doing lying down exercises to provide support for the neck.
